Just checking in and I was hoping to come home and hear news Stephanie had been found. =( She is so lucky to have you all on her side.

Mayelf, I hope you're feeling better!

I'm more curious about her weight. The idea of a new man always helped me get into shape. Just wondering if that was the reason for her weight loss, a new man and the JCFC work.

I always assumed that FB relationship post was referring to Lonnie, not sure why, though.

I also find it strange that Stephanie never married, not even Michael who she was with for 15+ years, but now she is married to Lonnie after less then a year (although it isn't a legal marriage, thank god!!). Doesn't make sense.

Since we started looking at all the "wolves" on FB (btw, Lycus is another wolf name) I've been thinking that her "marriage" might have been like theirs--they seem to get "married" pretty frequently. I've also wondered if she and Lonnie might have FB pages under "wolf" names but I can't think of anyway to figure that out.

That's a thought! I remember exploring one of the Wolf girl's FB page. She married three times in a couple of months AND had twins!! :floorlaugh: Somehow, I can't imagine Stephanie in with that bunch.

Since no one in the Wolf family uses their real names or pictures, it would be pretty hard to figure out if she and Lonnie have FB pages. I'm having enough trouble trying to sort out his real life kids and exes online.

You are so right! It hardly seems like he'd have time to have a whole other wolf family--I've been astonished at the amount of time the wolves spend on FB.The only reason I have even a glimmer of a thought that she might be mixed up with the wolves is because of the odd "marriage" and the post she made somewhere (maybe a comment on one of his videos) where she called him "dad" or something like that.

OT--do you have any ideas where the wolves get their photos from if they're not really of themselves? I have to admit that I've been fascinated by this (to my mind) very peculiar pastime.

Can we all look at this again please? What's going on here? Why does she suddenly backtrack?
Jackson County Fuel Committee - 4th of July Parade, Ashland, 2013 - YouTube

^^^this. I have watched this video a million times it seems, because I saw exactly what you saw. She looks as if she sees someone she didn't want to--turns back quickly, the "hair brush" with her hand/arm seems like an effort to cover her face.

She goes toward the back of the truck, but follow her feet-she is still walking next to the truck at at least .022 into the video--I think she continues in this manner but we can't tell because of the angle.

It's almost as if she realized someone was taking a video and she did not want to be captured on film.

Yes, the marriage and her comment to him were interesting. They seemed contradictory, and I can see why you would wonder about the Wolf family.

I tried googling "photos for facebook role play" and came up empty. These are obviously professional studio photos for the most part. I'm just assuming they aren't actual pictures of the players. Everyone is too....ummmmm....well, you know. :blushing: I'm sort of picturing lonely people with really boring lives putting on these identities, but what do I know!?! I suppose they would think the same of Lilibet, radiator, OldSteve, Neptune, mayelf, etc! But at least we're not spending money buying photos. :-)

Am I OT? Not sure... Anyway, this is what I've learned about people with wolf references in profiles: It's roleplay, often done on line and not in person. I don't quite understand it all but perhaps these link will help:

I do not think Stephanie was a part of this. I also do not think the current POIn was a part of this

I've looked at this over and over. At first I thought she was ducking out of sight, but now I'm not so sure. She almost seems like she is remembering to do something. I don't see fear. To me her brush of her hand to her head is what you might do if you are thinking "Oh yeah, I need to check on so-and-so." She goes toward the back of the trailer. Between 18-22 seconds, the kid in the white tee-shirt moves over to the side where she is walking and either gives her something or gets something from her, or she just gives him instructions.

It could be she's hiding out. But I don't think so.

I was just watching the video again - it looks to me like something catches her attention behind her - either someone says her name, or something. She turns pretty quickly the other way. I think maybe the kid in the white t-shirt said something to her or called her name and that's what made her turn around. I don't see anything other than a natural brush of her hair out of her face as she turned around quickly.

When I was digging into this it seemed that all the wolf role players were pretending to be real wolves. The "Storytelling" is interesting. This whole virtual reality thing just boggles my mind. I remember reading about "Second Life" years ago and just shaking my head. No offense to anyone, but Get a REAL Life!!

I agree that POI is too involved with what he considers to be reality to be involved in this. Same with Stephanie, who played online poker for recreation.

Actually there are some with real names in the url bar. And I found one person who wasn't using fake photos. I just think it is a bizarre world of rp (but many people would find my rp group bizarre so who am I to judge) and I was thinking maybe younger people play. Who knows though if it has any involvement. It doesn't seem like it though in my perspective.

off topic - thanks for the warm wishes to get better, I have the flu so it is taking time. I think I am doing better but I've never had a fever this high last this long. :bang: (closest to how I feel) I'm probably just delirious by now anyways lol

I believe the CURRENT POI is involved somehow as a lone wolf with a local Christian Identity group such as The Crusaders of Yaweh. This explains the a/k/a "Lone Wolf". This explains Helias. This explains the video's. We still don't know where Stephanie fit's in all of this.

The video I posted above is newer and seems longer than the others, no?

This is even more likely than my "remembering to do something" scenario. Although I have to wonder how anyone could hear anything with those chainsaws going. I always mute the sound to watch this!

Totally OT, but speaking of loud chainsaws: Did anyone local go to the Bonnie Raitt/Jackson Browne concert back '96 at Britt (post season in early October) when the local loggers protested outside the fence with chainsaws through the whole concert? I didn't begrudge them their opinion, and Bonnie's voice soared above the noise, but I couldn't hear JBro! :(

1996 - An environmental benefit concert at the Britt Grounds in Jacksonville, Ore., featuring Bonnie Raitt and Jackson Browne turns ugly as protesters begin to rally. The protesters are angered by efforts to stop the logging of old growth redwoods, and in protest begin revving chainsaws and throwing firecrackers. No one is seriously injured.

OK, I'm done with my digression.

I was just telling my boyfriend about all of this... He's got a really good theory for motive on the point of the POI. I dont like it all but I'm going to share it anyway.

Stephanie and the POI were married. After which his told Stephanie what he was REALLY about. She disagreed and said she wanted nothing to do with it. Now she knew too much and in his mind could not be trusted.

The video is longer than the one the news usually shows, but it's the one Peace House posted soon after the parade.

POI has several types of videos: Bible, Government Conspiracy, Militia, and Niburu/UFO stuff. He seems to be saying "I'm telling you what you need to know. It's time to prepare!" (Helias=Elijah=Prophet).

As a "Lone Wolf", I'm inclined to think he's not part of an organized group. Wikipedia has a page on Lone Wolf terrorists, which is interesting. The group you mentioned as an example is an Aryan Nation group and I don't see that belief in his videos (not that I've watched them all...aaaaarrrgh). But I can certainly see that there is a common theme with POI and these people that "the American way of life is being destroyed and we have to protect our rights, etc."

I just don't know how deep into all this Stephanie got, but she was promoting his videos and "implored" people to watch.

This is all JMO, MOO.

And yes, I caught that you said "current" POI. We shall see. ;)

I agree Lilibet. POI also said, "The animals miss her", in his interview. That strikes me as an extremely odd observation to make, under the circumstances. Sorry I have not been on here much lately. School is kicking my butt already!

I also watched that parade video about 50 times. It drives me crazy, because I really want to see something. I mean, it looks like when she does that about face, she might be using the float as cover from the camera, but who can be sure. I wonder if the police have asked for anyone at the parade with videos to come forward. Sometimes people get something important stuff on video and they don't even know it.

  • #519
It could be to give that guy on the float something, or she was hiding, or she forgot something. I wish I knew.

Two things, Lilibet---I thought exactly what you did about the "lone wolf" being part of a group until I read this:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=364x2997626

The second thing is that The Church of Yaweh is a Christian Identity group. They are a deeply religious group who prepare for the Armageddon.

That don't come out on, say, youtube and profess their hatred for non- Christians and non-whites. Their videos and public displays lure prospective members in with videos such as Helias' . The "other" stuff is done privately.(see links below).

They are both religious extremists and white supremacists.

I believe with ever fibre of my being that the POI fits the description of to a T.

Now where does our Stephanie fit in?
Lets go with my boyfriends theory mentioned above...

They had their spiritual marriage which he interpreted as initiation and or now trustworthy enough for him to tell the whole truth.

Maybe he told her it was time to renounce her friends of various religions and colors. Maybe he even told her it was time to let go of her bank accts and anything connected to the government.
Maybe she said NO WAY and since she now knew too much...( I can't even say/write it but you know where I am going with this)

OR maybe she agreed and went underground.
