A jury sentenced David Bowen to life in prison with a minimum of 25 years for the murder of Tammy Borda.

How disgusting that the police walked through his filthy home twice and were unable to detect a body that was piled high with garbage. And to hear that he "drug" her body with his car! Those two things right there make the abuse of a corpse charges very clear. He should have gotten life without parole. I am disgusted to think he could be released back into society at some point. What a horrible man!
