Trung Tuan Huynh left the a supervised group around 1:30 p.m. Huynh needs medication.

Huynh was last seen walking on Southwest Main Street in Wilsonville. He was wearing a gray baseball cap, a gray t-shirt and pants.

Huynh is 41 years old. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
