Police say Tyler Lupoli legally changed his name to Tyler Miller and managed to get a new gym membership at the same club where the crimes occurred.
In 2006, Lupoli was convicted of sexually abusing young girls, ranging in age from 3 to 8 years old at the Hillsboro 24 Hour Fitness.
He was sentenced to 11 years in prison, but in 2010 his conviction was overturned due to issues with testimony during the trial. His case returned to court and he pleaded guilty to attempted sex abuse and inappropriate contact with children in exchange for a lesser sentence.
