Pattys dentals and overlay images match the JD well but Ilonka is also a good lead. Pity there is no body

I can't help but notice that all reconstructions for this woman are at very odd angles. I get that only limited original evidence is available and this case has suffered from mismanagement, but did nobody actually take a picture of her skull from the front or sides?

now when i look at her i dont see much of a resemblence to patricia otto as i thought, but dentals could tell otherwise since they do line up perfectly. I did try looking at a picture of her and noticed that the front of the nose is thinner for this sketch and the eyes look smaller. im not sure if its due to the angle, but the first recon of FCJD resembled her a little more. not sure if there are any younger pictures of patricia when she was younger so it could bear resemblence but i think she was probably from a neighboring state (picture i used for comparison)

gonna iterate that im going based off facial features. i think she may look different probably due to the angle at which the sketch was made from.

When looking through missing people I noticed similarities between Doe and Rose Lena Cole (Namus MP5959), the physical information lines up. Rose went missing from California state, originally running away from a rehab (later revealed to be a cult) in Oakland. She sent letters to family from San Francisco at points, but was last heard from in 1973 (no exact date as she wasn’t reported missing until later in time). The timeline and ages also match up, but it is unknown if she was pregnant. Definitely on board with the theories mentioned on here that Doe’s pregnancy probably wasn’t known/at least well known about, and that it is likely she was never reported missing or not reported until later on.

Her face looks a little longer than Jane Doe's, but other than that, I could see it. Did you submit her for comparison?
