GUILTY OR - WARD WEAVER'S SON arrested.

How awful. I hope at least he won't end up like his dad & grandpa. (I realize he's not biologically related) but still grew up under the influence.

Weaver,along with two other men, is accused of breaking into a home, assaulting one person and threatening to kill them if they called police.

Weaver, who says he is being framed, is now in jail on more than $2 million bail.
