OREGON CITY, Ore. -- Oregon City police are looking for a developmentally delayed woman who ho hasn't been seen since late Thursday night.
Zhaechel Strong was last seen in Oregon City at about 11:30 p.m.. She is described as a black woman, 5-foot-6 and about 200 pounds. Police say she may be wearing white jeans and black Converse shoes.
Strong uses Tri-Met for transportation and has traveled to northeast Portland frequently.
