Wasn't it reported the GF passed her polygraph? Then again, maybe at the time she took it she didn't know where Le's body was. Maybe the body was moved after the polygraph tests.

First place I would look is to the girlfriend. Some women still look upon marriage as the ultimate and with RC in jail-no big white wedding. These are people who did not go to college, correct? Most of the time if funding is not the issue, people who skip college want the fast track-house, wedding, baby-and they want it yesterday. They had pretty secure jobs, they probably had friends already married with children, she was this close to having her dreams fulfilled and fitting in with her friends. Why let a thing like an accident get in the way of that? He snapped because he was naive and trusting and this uppity student provoked him. It wasn't RC's fault-people always misunderstand him. It's all about the animals for him! (surmising this could be how a girl that age would think,since my son is college aged, not my personal thinking)

Editing to add-a ton of the Myspace pics hitting the press were of RC being loving with his dog-they screamed to me "look what a great dad this guy is going to be! I am soooo lucky!"

I was inclined to think the BIL because he's a guy (no offense to anyone). But the GF could make sense, too, because she seems to be very protective of her guy, as we have seen from media reports of her myspace rant. It may have been her way of "getting back" or "doing away" with a potential (in her mind) female contender. Of course this is speculative... time will tell.

May I suggest you rename it so it will be easier to find later on during the trial phase? Such as: Other People Possibly Involved. It is helpful to title things as a statement instead of a question when we want to pull up information on other players during the trial and enter it into Search.

It will be interesting to see what pans out here. I'm never shocked anymore at the people who help move a body. And alot of people do it and they do it like they are being asked to help a friend move a couch. I always wanted to know what that conversation was like.

So true Suzi, I won't post what I was thinking. Even though this isn't a laughing matter I have to admit thinking about what that conversation is like made me chuckle.

I thought this was very strange too and so far only the NY Post seems to be publishing that information. Thanks for creating a new thread to discuss it.

If there was another person involved, of course it does not have to be someone related to Clark. But for the sake of putting the info we already were told out there: We know that Clark, his sister, his brother-in-law and his girlfriend all worked as lab techs in that same building together. Clark's girlfriend passed her polygraph test. I don't know if any information has been put out as to the sister and brother-in-law's possible polygraph tests-- though I think we can safely assume they have also been questioned and looked at closely in this case. At the moment, police have denied there being any other suspects other than Clark in this case. Police and news media have also not reported there being DNA that is not Le's or Clark's involved in this case.

Very strange that the Post is coming out with info that Clark might not have acted alone.

Was LE quoted as saying the GF passed the polygraph? If it was just the media I'll take a heaping of sea salt with that.:dance:

I truly hope it wasn't the BIL or Sister. They have children who are already going to be hurting in this situation. They are going to need both parents to help them through this.
