Excited to share that Othram was able to assist the Spokane County Medical Examiner's Office in identifying Mildred (Allison) Hubertz (originally from Montana). She vanished in 1968 and her remains were found in 1982, but she was not identified until now.

I admire how heavily Washington has invested in genetic genealogy. It wouldn't surprise me if they nearly clear their unidentified doe cases ahead of other states.

I’m so glad these cases are being given a second chance for success with Othram. When “failed previously” is mentioned (which we are seeing more of lately) does that mean the extraction of usable DNA failed or it was usable but a genetic profile could not be produced?
