Honored that Othram could assist the Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office in identifying 55-year-old Bryan M. Heinrich, Sr. His body was found in 2022 but investigators could not identify him. His death is not considered a homicide.

We are not sure if there is a Websleuths thread.
No Doe thread under his NamUs number, and none matching this Doe under a general 'Cowlitz River' search, so I don't think there is a Doe thread. No MisPer thread under Bryan M. Heinrich or Bryan Heinrich, either, so I don't think he has an existing thread of any kind on Websleuths.

Sleep well, Bryan.

I wasn't able to locate a thread.

Saw this on X and wanted to say well done! :)

Two in one day!

Thrilled to share that Othram was able to assist the Montana DOJ & Butte-Silver Bow Dept. of Law Enforcement in identifying 46-year-old Michael Wayne Canada, who was murdered in 2012. An investigation into Canada's murder continues.

Honored to share that Othram was able to assist the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation in identifying 15-year-old murder victim Linda Sue Karnes, whose remains were found in 1981. An investigation into her murder continues. This case is part of an ongoing collaboration between Othram and TBI to clear their backlog of unidentified human remains.

Honored that Othram could assist the Flagler County Sheriff's Office in identifying 58-year-old Robert Bruce McPhail. He was murdered and his body was found in 1997, but he has only been identified now. Unfortunately we were not able to find a photo of the man. Investigators are now searching for the person or persons responsible for his murder.

The recon looks like it was a good one! Good resemblance.

(It still says in the blurb there are no known photos, might want to edit that.)

MOO
Good point. We updated the article.

Pleased that Othram was able to assist the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office in identifying Harold Hammons. He was found earlier this year in a vacant home under construction.

No existing Doe or MisPer threads for Harold that I can find. It's harder to be sure without a NamUs number, but I don't think I missed one. Given he's a relatively recent Doe, he may not have been a case that anyone on here was aware of until today.

Sleep well, Harold.

We previously reported that Othram assisted the McDonald County Sheriff's Office and SEMO in identifying a homicide victim, originally known as Grace Doe. Her name was Shawna Beth Garber. Yesterday, it was reported that the BTK serial killer is the prime suspect in her assault and murder.

An update before the weekend! Othram assisted FDLE in building a DNA profile for an unknown contributor to a horrific crime scene from 1996. Using our DNA profile, FDLE investigators identified the killer of Terrence Paquette. Today, his killer was found guilty of the murder. More details in our updated article.

Well done, y'all! Justice for Terence Paquette!

VERDICT: An Orange County Jury has found Kenneth Stough Jr. guilty of murder and he has been sentenced to life in prison. In February 1996, Terence Paquette was stabbed more than 70 times and found in the bathroom of the Lil' Champ convenience store in northwest Orange County. The case remained unsolved for nearly 25 years. In November 2021, OCSO Homicide detectives arrested Kenneth Stough, Jr. in connection with the murder through genetic genealogy. This was the first homicide case been solved using genetic genealogy at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov 4, 2021, Video is just over 2 minutes.
