Outburst during JS hearing!

She merely said what I have been thinking...Perhaps I too am nuts.
I find it refreshing that someone FINALLY stood up for Caylee.

Yes! Somebody DID finally speak the truth in that room! :great:

I don't know if this has been said (haven't read the entire thread but I did watch all this happen) but I sure hope HHJP deals exactly the same or harsher with anyone who has an outburst during the trial. If ya know what I mean.

She's back ...... in front of JP again

I hope JP cuts Elizabeth a break.

This is sad....she needs a break. She's obviously having a hard time and is very remorseful. God Bless Her.

I really don't think she intended to say it out loud, it was probably a thought running through her head and it came out her mouth before she could stop it. I'll join the small group of unpopular opinions on this when I say I think she is taking one for the team by saying what a lot of people would love to say within earshot of Ms. Anthony. And I loved that the judge had to repeat her outburst.

She's back!

Not JUST bipolar, your honor!

2 days in county jail will stand.

If Elizabeth does appeal JP's ruling, does she have to go all the way to Orange county, since JP won't be in Pinellas county after tomorrow? And, if she hasn't had a chance to appeal, why does she have to spend the night in jail. I'm confused.

I think she needs an evaluation. She is way too emotional.jmo

:cow:

IMO, she is emotional in large part because of her drug dependency. She may be facing withdrawal by the time she is released.

I'm glad he stood his ground. I have sympathy for this lady, but she did what she did and should be held in contempt. She can't just be let off the hook because of mental problems. She has to think about her kid before herself, and she obviously didn't do that today. And apparently she was competent enough to get public defender pretty darn fast. I do hope the A's watched because I can see them trying to pull the grieving grandparents stunt to try and stay in court after an outburst - not gonna happen!

I dont think she meant any harm, but I dont think she is entirely innocent. She definately uses her mental illness, her weekness, her tears and her emotions to garner sympathy. I could barely understand what she was talking about just now when she was pleading her case. Something about toilet paper and not eating and not taking her meds this morning even though he told the judge she had.

I definately think she is remorseful and regretful for the whole thing. Her big mouth got her locked up and taken away from her son for 2 days which would hurt ANY caring loving mother regardless of mental illness or drug issues.

I aslo Agree with Missy who suggested she just blurted out the first thing that came to her head and it was a big whoops.. However she also fibbed in saying she had never been to a courtroom before.... sooo..

I only feel bad for her in that she obviously made a mistake is regretting it and she CLEARLY is concerned about not seeing her baby. I would be upset too. but heavensentgirl! Think before you speak next time!
