I have gone through the entire RH fraud case and he is being accused of many things, but none are related to drugs. Now, if you are talking about Chelation therapy (a practice of injecting agents such as synthetic acid into the bloodstream to remove heavy metals from it), yes, he did that, but there are no criminal charges for it.

The allegations against him involve these kind of actions:

* Hatched a scheme to defraud Medicare and other health care benefit programs between January 2010 and May 2011 by submitting false and fraudulent claims.
* Performed medically unnecessary tests on patients and then used false diagnosis codes to justify the tests.
* Created false chart notes and data to further bolster the phony diagnosis.
* Used test results from other patients and simply wrote the new patient's name in to make it appear that the new patient had certain findings or test results.
* Included false symptoms, observations and diagnoses on patients’ medical charts.
* Billed for two visits even though the patient only came in once.
* Billed using “upcoding,” a scheme in which a physician bills for something more serious. For example: when a doctor bills for sutures (stitches) even though they simply put a Band-Aid on a small wound.
* Filled claims for procedures that were never performed.

Is "rob" Roy really going to serve 2 years and make restitution?? I asked because in Calif it seems as if people
get convicted of crimes and "sentenced".....then you find out they are getting to keep their jobs and going on weekend "supervised roadside cleaning crews." Is he still working in the medical field and will he be allowed to

Me too, Ms.Josie. I just did a federal prisoner lookup, but didn't find him listed. But, somebody else might be able to find him if he is actually in custody cause I'm really not so good at finding inmates for some reason.

I’m still waiting for a local doctor near me to be sentenced after a federal jury found her guilty last year November 2016. The sentencing keeps being rescheduled and is now on the docket for July 2017. She’s facing maximum 501 years in federal prison:

Interesting posted pic of a message on RG's fb. Don't know if it is meant for insight or incite (lol)....
Never be a prisoner of your past, it was just a lesson and not a life sentence. Considering his recent associations and up comping sentencing, this is probably a positive outlook to take. When life gives you lemons, a short sentence is better than a life sentence.
Edited to add: RG aka RGH is worse than a ponzi scammer who stole the discretionary investment dollars of investors looking for a higher return on their money. He stole the money of people who were simply seeking health care from a licensed medical professional. He misused (faked info) their medical records and he stole money from insurers, too!
