For the sake of the case, hypnosis is worth a shot, however i don't believe it would hold up in court.
I think she remembers exactly what she has neglected to tell them.
For someone to have 3 polygraphs, she is showing deception on certain questions, which wouldn't be stuck in her subconscious..

I strongly agree with you.Le wouldn't be saying misty is the key if she wasn't.Why did they keep calling her in and requestion her over and over again.I strongly feel if you are telling the truth your story would not change and not this many times.I feel LE needs to arrest some people on obstruction of Justice and subpeana some people to talk and to talk as witnesses.

The arrest and supeana thing might be good. At least it would give some indication of headway. I am looking at a chessmatch here. this is becomming a stalemate. As someone said Misty may have been evasive on some questions, hence the 3 polys.

If Cobra is gone off of this case, it seems to me that maybe certain someones felt a little uncomfortable with him there and created a reason due to uncomfortability to have him booted. Being that no one else has bothered to hire a PI for Haleighs disappearance, you would think that having Cobra was at least someone rattling cages, which is better than no one digging deep to get to the bottom of this. of course, this is my opinion only.

Every time a new rumor came out Misty was given a poly. First there was she was at the drug party...poly...then she was with some guy..poly. I think LE was just asking Misty new questions that they had not asked during the first poly....new rumors, new questions, new poly.
I honestly believe that if LE had any proof that Misty was not home that night she would have been arrested by now for child endangerment.
As far as lawyering up...she can request they get her a lawyer at any time during questioning and she has not done that yet.
I think Cobra "heard" some rumors and ran with them and embellished them. JMO

I agree Misty holds the key with one area of concern. What happens if that key is in her subconcious, someplace in her mind that she cannot access ? I truly believe that Misty should give herself into psychiatric counselling to unlock that key. We agree about Geraldo and his ratings and the snake for the $. IMO He is trying to much to be like Doug Chapman.

Bolded by me...I'll be the first to agree Misty needs psychiatric counselling, as does the rest of entire Cummings clan, but it isn't because she is unable to remember the circumstances concerning what happened that night...

If Cobra is such a hot shot and a good "bounty hunter" and wanted to truly find Haleigh why didn't he spend some time out there hunting down Chad R? He is an absconded sexual predator that went missing 7 days before Haleigh, previously broke into a double wide MH in Putnam county while parents were home, molested a child with another child in the room. If I was a "bounty hunter" CR would certainly be somebody I would have went looking for.

I don't think that LE would only bother to poly Misty after a new rumor.
Regardless of what the rumors are, the questions asked to Misty would still come out the same; if she's showing deception, then she's showing deception, that is that.

The rumors would revolve around the questions, the questions could remain the same. If her answers on the first polygraph show deception, they would give her another. Everything ties back to the same thing, establishing an exact timeframe that night, which Misty will not help them with

The certain someones were LE. They wouldn't share things with him and he went off alienating most residents of the area with his wild west antics. When the S. incident arose, I believe, that was LE's chance to bid adios. I don't see what ****** could do. We have Floridas FDLE/local LE/ some FBI contingent were here. Equsearch. Boats and such, dogs of all sorts and above all the cooperation of the entire community And now some PI is supposed to swoop in and solve this bizaar case. 2 of them didn't fare too well in Orlando and they were within 10' of the body of little Caylee.

I haven't seen the results of any polyographs. Did I miss something or is that another rumor. ?

You should include Crystal and the entire Sheffield/Griffis clan in need of counseling. Anger management, drug abuse counseling, and parenting classes may be in order for them in addition to other services, imo.

Did TN say she was out there for 4 hours or did Cobra say TN was out there for 4 hours? All I heard her say was she was out looking around, got lost, found a trailer and nobody came out to ask her what she was doing, then she heard a sound coming from the woods that sounded like a door.
I didnt hear her say 4 hours but I could have missed it.
