Former Penn State football players facing felony rape charges

Two former Penn State football players are facing several felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from an alleged July incident.

Jameial Lyons and Kaveion Keys have been charged with felony rape, aggravated indecent assault and sexual assault, along with other misdemeanor charges, with both scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday, according to criminal dockets.
