The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 12-year-old missing juvenile Abdul Richmond. He was last seen on February 4, 2023, at 3:00pm, on the 61xx block of Morton St.
He is 5’0″, 130lbs., medium build, brown eyes, black hair, light complected and was last seen wearing an orange hoodie, dark blue sweatpants and black Jordan sneakers.
