The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 11-year-old missing juvenile Tylon Kibler. He was last seen on Friday, May 5, 2023, at 11:00 A.M., on the 17XX block of Wynsam Street.
He is 5′ 4″, 96 lbs., thin build, medium brown complexion, black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white West Oak Lane polo shirt, navy sweatpants, and black/gray Humble hoodie.
