The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance locating Missing Juvenile Abigail Swan. Abigail was last seen at 16XX Meadow Street on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at approximately 2:15 pm.
Abigail is 16 -years old, 5’1″, 160 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair; last seen wearing blue jeans, black/white shirt, black furry boots, black hoody.
