As the investigation continues, Trooper David C. Boehm, public information officer for Troop L, Reading, said investigators are looking for a man who was seen with Eller the day before her body was found.

The man, seen in surveillance photos, was with Alishia Eller at a store in Lebanon on Friday evening, hours before she was found dead near Interstate 78 in Bethel Twp., Berks Co. Another photo also shows a car in connection with the case.

An autopsy conducted Sunday at Reading Hospital has yet to determine a cause and manner of death. Officials are waiting for results of toxicology tests taken during the autopsy to make a final decision.

The man and the vehicle, which appears to be a van, were captured in security videos, troopers said Tuesday.

The van was parked outside the store.

A caller who was not identified by troopers discovered her body and called the Hamburg station.

Investigators are unsure if there is a connection between the caller and the property where the body was found, Beohm said.

I see on the Pennsylvania Registered Sex Offender Registry there are 8 photos (taken on different dates) of the RSO and he's wearing what appears to be a blue and white checked shirt in 3 of them.

My neighbors had a dark green one up until this past year. One interesting thing that should be able to tie him to the vehicle or not is the front license plate. Some of the Voyagers have it, some don't, and others have it in the middle. It looks like there is a plate there, but again with the colors it might just look that way. If it is a plate, it's not PA, unless it is a vanity plate, which would be a HUGE lead!

Mentioning RSOs in the area is allowed. Also what is on the offender's site is allowed. Saying they are guilty and sleuthing them any further is not allowed. The situation that occurred today is a good example of why rules are in place.

The guy in the picture is the guy they questioned, he has known the victim for many years. He is however NOT a suspect at this moment.
