On 7 December 2017 Edras Carrasquillo was convicted of first- and third-degree murder of Andrew Enimpah in 2016, and possession of firearms.

On 25 January 2018 the court imposed mandatory life for first-degree murder, and imposed 4–10 years consecutively for the firearms offense.
On 20 November 2020 a memorandum from the Superior Court of Pennsylvania:

In sum, because the record supports PCRA counsel’s determination that Carrasquillo’s ineffectiveness claim lacks merit, we grant PCRA counsel’s motion to withdraw, and affirm the PCRA court’s order denying him post-conviction relief.
