An Earl Township man is behind bars on charges including raping a child beginning when she was about 11 years old..


Anthony Lamar Martin, 22, of *** Linden Grove Road, Ephrata, sexually assaulted a girl numerous times from 2011 to August 2015. East Lampeter Township police Officer Brian Cloonan said in a criminal complaint. The assaults began when he was about 17 years of age and the girl was about 11.
