I was just thinking about this today....how legal it really was to get your DNA right off the street.

When I first heard that LE was doing that I wonder how that was going???

The case that came to me was Christa Worthing'c case in Mass.

Has much has the Kensington Strangler need to be caught...I don't think this proper way to go about it.

The stop and frisk program is controversial, but I'm not sure if it will be found illegal.

This is stop and swab though, J.J. Nowhere does it say any of these guys were frisked.

Truly crazy. A phantom Detective shows up? Well a supposed Detective.

It seems like an urban legend or something hearing like twenty guys are taken to I am guessing the 25th? Or is it 8th and Race.

Those guys at the appliance store say it's a bunch of BS. I have no reason to be in the neighborhood so I have no clue. I'm gonna aska friend works out of East.

T, going about things in a proper way here often fall short. JMO I'm not real sure what I think. Grabbing up people that obviously do not fit this guys description is crazy. Grabbing overweight Caucasian men in their 40's and stuff it sounds like to me.

Looking for update on The young lady found on Jan 11?

I been checking every day....

I would think by now they would have cause of death if it was OD and could rule out the Strangler. I would think the Philly and Kensington area would like to know that!

In the case I'm interested in, I've given LE to check me out (more so than they have). Heck, on a question from a reporter, I gave him a list of where I was posting on the day that the missing person disappeared.

First, you a description that probably applies to a quarter of neighborhood population under 40. Then you have stop and frisk, the real question is can LE do that? I don't know.

No dead body this week, there isn't a welfare check pattern. I hope there isn't a body.

JJ not that we know of ! I can't believe this guy stop cold turkey.

I hope there no more bodies too...but he still out there and that scary.

No previous arrest in sex crimes, BUT drug arrest.

Wanted on warrants regarding the drug arrest.

Well we were right in far as he lives there and the drug connection.

Police are searching for him right now.

Now it's age 21.

Goes by the name "Black" on the street.

Speaks fluent Spanish and English.

Large scar from left ear all the way down to his throat.

Tatt's a Scorpio and a Kiara on arms.

Now they have to find him. Good luck with that.
