As you pointed out, he was mentioned in the Mark Hicks thread in a msm article that talked of several men (one teen actually) missing from that area. Ben Garret has recent controlled substance charges (misdemeanor level), currently closed. Docket Number: MJ-51303-CR-0000133-2023 and he was also convicted of drug manufacturer/distribution of drugs in 2019 (offense date 11/18/2019) Docket Number: MJ-51303-CR-0000340-2019 IN ADAMS COUNTY.

The search for answers | Several men reported missing from Hanover area

Since May 21, three families have reported loved ones missing, all from the Hanover area. The families are now speaking during their search for answers.
