some wounds were 72 hours old.......so bio mom MacKenzie Peters knew. JMOO
Rumors around town........sold for drugs?
In court, a forensic pathologist testified about the boy’s final hours. He described bruises on his hips, cuts and bruises on his forehead. Some of the injuries were so severe, the district attorney is seeking the ultimate punishment.

“Tomorrow morning we plan to file aggravating circumstances and seek the death penalty,” said Terri Schultz, the prosecutor on the case.

The pathologist said Miller’s injuries were caused within 72 hours of his death.

Jordan Lambing, 20, is facing a new charge of escape after police said they found out about his plan during a call he made to his grandmother.

According to court papers obtained by Channel 11 News, police said Lambing called his grandmother on March 28 and told her, “I got a note I'm going to show you when you come in and stuff, all right?”

His grandmother responded, "OK. All right. Yeah." Lambing then said, "I can't really talk, you know."

This 'grandmother' is Jordan's not Bentley's. She harbored her daughter and the killer (that are in jail in her home) when they were wanted by court and she knew about their crimes and drug use. Neighbors were afraid all the TIME....
When I started reading that second part, I thought: Inmates are warned when they are booked that phone calls are recorded and monitored; yet, he was still trying to plan an escape over the phone?! After reading though your post I saw that he didn't directly plan an escape over the phone, but it was obvious he was planning something and he thought he was being sly about it. Lol.

I hope all of the family members who harbored Bentley's parents are held responsible for their role. Sounds like these people have been using drugs for a long time and now their brains are fried to a crisp. MOO

It's official, heard it on the news but right now do not know which radio station I was listening to in the car.
Richard Goldinger has officially filed the proper paperwork making the case against Keith Jordan Lambing a capital case.
I.E.. Death Penalty

I must say I laughed at the stupidity of lambling......thinks he is smarter than the jail guards. Yes drugs have been active for years. I do think it is generational and trouble is the middle name of this family. Fried brains, welfare, HUD you bet! but NO EXCUSE for what they did to this sweet lil guy. I cannot tell the gossip, nor other sources from here because against TOS rules. But believe me when everything comes to the media news, it will make you ill to think there are people like this.

Mother Of Boy Who Was Assaulted And Killed Sentenced To Probation

The mother of a little boy who was killed in Butler County last year was sentenced on child endangerment charges on Thursday.

Mackenzie Peters will serve 36 months of probation.

Kristen Herold, 44, the mother of Lambing, was also sentenced Thursday to 1.5 to 5 years in state prison. Prosecutors alleged Herold failed to get immediate help for the boy and then lied to investigators about where he had been staying.

Well, apparently she can't seem to keep herself out of trouble.

Mackenzie Paige Peters, 22, of Butler and Raheem Jamar Robinson, 26, of Butler, were arrested Friday on attempted homicide charges stemming from an April 5 shooting incident in the 300 block of North Sixth Avenue.

Both were being held without bond in the Butler County Prison.

Peters was charged with attempted homicide, eight counts of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, tampering with or fabricating evidence and criminal conspiracy.
