Previous reports state there was an argument. There was not. The victim was ambushed. The first shot was in his back, left shoulder after entering the 1st floor and facing away from the shooter. New charges have been filed including 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree homicide/murder and other felonies.

The victim is remembered as a hard worker, a key member of the Spring Township Lions Club and a Little League baseball coach.
