Baby found dead inside Hill District Apartment.
Delivered last night.
Very tiny, premature maybe.
16 year old put baby in trash, then told a friend at school
and was taken to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.......

Her family had no idea she was pregnant, and she isn't being charged with anything right now. They need to charge people who let babies die --maybe some will be wise enough to turn the baby over to a hospital ! Or use birth control...

This is a tough situation since the parents didn't even know. I find that hard to believe but fine....

Still I think we need to toughen our stance on these events so that people will be afraid of doing similar things. If it was common knowledge that you get life in prison for killing a baby maybe she would have thought twice about it.

It seems like everyone knows there aren't really tough laws in place plus the laws are vague and vary from place to place.

We should make it simple and straightforward. You take a life, you give up yours in return.
