GUILTY PA - Brandi Dunn, 22, found slain in burned Grove City home, 14 Jan 2006

  • #201
In case anyone didn't know, Steve is still posting news on his site about this case. Many people posting comments on his blog claim to know the Dunn's or their families. Also lots of people from around Grove City. I wish we could get a little more REAL news though, but these people's posts are pretty insightful.

I'm so discouraged that he hasn't been arrested yet. It's been a few weeks now. I keep trying to put this case out of my mind, but I can't. And thinking that scott2 will be lounging around this weekend and watching the superbowl while his dead wife's family suffers in agony..... well- it makes me sick. He needs to be behind bars. :behindbar :behindbar

Looks like Scott2 will be enjoying the superbowl today after all. I had hoped for an arrest before he got the chance.

Is it childish of me to root for the Seahawks hoping that Scott Dunn is bummed out today when the Steelers lose?:loser:

I'm looking for ANYTHING that might upset Scott2 right now... even the seahawks winning... I just wish he was in cuffs and chains...

This case is slowly fading away... with no arrests, no POI, no NOTHING. Steve's blog has slowed down substantially too. Just a few of us still posting there.

I don't know why this case has touched me so deeply... I suppose I think of it like I thought of Laci...... A husband that didn't deserve her, a headstrong woman who knew what she wanted, a good person.. all of it matches. Not to mention that Scott2 reminds me of HB on almost every level...

I look every day for articles and news on this case, and there is just NOTHING. One article posted on steve's blog DID interest me though, I thought you guys might want to read this. Tell me your thoughts. I'm not going to say a WORD before hand.. tell me what YOU think..... :blowkiss:

This was written by the reporter who appeared on Greta. Remember her interview? I didn't think she did such a good job on Greta... Anyway... see what you think of what she wrote after her appearance.

First of all, I didn't know Brandi's "real" first name was Brandon. I don't think I'ver known a girl named Brandon!

As far as that article goes otherwise...my lips are sealed. **sigh**

:waitasec: what was the point of her article? Just to say what a great time she had getting interviewed?

I wish there was more out there about this case...I hope they are close to arresting someone for her murder soon!!!

Yes, her point was.... that she had so much fun doing this interview. I couldnt help but think that was sad... She did an interview about a dead girl.

Yeah, I could see how you could get that from the article...I actually had a different impression - I thought she was expressing that at first it was about her, enjoying her moment to shine, but partway through she had an epiphany and realized she was actually doing it for Brandi, to get exposure for her case and to tell her story.

I think she is a little full of her self, to tell the truth! What a fun time, snapping pictures. Wow! MY big break!

She'll never be a Greta ... Greta has class.
She doesn't get on the TV every night to show her face or need to post her picture by her story. Or make mention of how great it was that she thanked people and everyone thought she was so wonderful.

I see a little of that, but she didn't really focus on that part of her article as much as everything else. If she would've put a little more passion into Brandi the way that posters here do and a little less passion about herself and how great everyone thought she was, it would make it more believable that she actually DID do it for Brandi. She never did it for Brandi. She did it for herself.

More posters here care about Brandi than she does, at least as indicated in their writings. I hope I am wrong, but if she plans to be a writer, she may need to try to communicate and "touch" her audience a little better. Just my :twocents:

That was exactly my thoughts. Why do we care about her? Well, we don't. Brandi is the victim and this is where the focus should be.

I don't want to see this one fade away. At Steve Huffs crimeblog you can view many posts from Steve about Brandi. He has permitted us to turn the comments section into a message board of sorts. Frustrating, intriguing case!

I'm with you Viking, I don't want people to lose interest in this one. As soon as scott2 gets arrested, they'll all come back... This is such a brutal crime, people won't soon forget it. I think there's far more going on than we know right now, too... more about Scott2 and Brandi than we know. Soon we'll probably know more than we even wanted to...

**Bump** I hate not seeing this on the first page... I'm still anxiously awating Scott2's arrest.

Extra bump for Brandi.
