I can't believe the amount of cars that didn't want to stop while everything was collapsing beside them. Just business as usual I guess.

Of course as usual, the big shots get off scot-free, so nothing will really change. For them they will just go back to business as usual. Making lots of money by hiring the cheapest possible people to do the job, competent, or not.
