Missing Allegheny County toddler may be at "special risk" of harm
Pennsylvania State Police said a missing two-year-old in Allegheny County may be at "special risk of harm or injury."
Braddock police are looking for Byron Harris Jr. He was last seen late Saturday morning near Pine Way. He was with Davon Brown, 36, in a dark gray Honda Accord with a PA license plate reading "LPJ-4986."
State police describe Harris as a black male, three feet tall, and 35 pounds. Police said it's unknown what he was last wearing.
