ADAMS COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Authorities are searching for an Allegheny County woman and her child who police believe is somewhere in Adams County.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, 29-year-old Nivek Bell was last seen with her daughter, 1-year-old Nova Watson, on Jan. 13 at Calmer Dr. in Penn Hills Township, Allegheny County.

The mother and daughter were last seen at 11 a.m.

Officials say Bell and her daughter are at special risk of injury and harm and were last seen in a green 2017 Nissan Rogue (PA registration: LPJ - 4764)

Bell is described to be a black woman who is 100 lbs., 5'05" tall, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Her daughter Nova is described as a black child with brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the pair is asked to contact 911 or the Penn Hills Police Department (412-473-6137) immediately.
