PA - Celina Langan, 24, killed in hit & run, Philadelphia, 11 July 2010

Poor Celina Langan passed away at Hahnemann Hospital but was not identified until the next day because she was not carrying ID.

Celina aged 24 was hit on her bicycle in the city's Frankford section by a man in a Ford Taurus.

Manuel Albandoz was arrested later after the vehicle had been ditched in a lot. Albanoz has a record going back 20 years but no convictions.

May you rest in peace young lady. Hoping that other side is way better than this one.

RIP Celina Langan.

I was just thinking about this young girl yesterday while seeing all the kids in town on their hipster bikes.

Never could find an obituary for this girl. According to her Myspace she did not have an easy roster in life. Pretty girl. Intelligent.

Just so she knows she is thought of.
