A man believed to have shot Cesar Robles to death Saturday morning at an East Chestnut Street home also raped a woman sleeping in the same room as her children shortly beforehand, authorities said Sunday.

Hazleton police have obtained an arrest warrant for Rafael Enrique Gonzalez, 38, who allegedly committed the crimes at 320 E. Chestnut St., and are turning to the public to help locate him. Full story in article.

The following has not been confirmed by any law enforcement agency. I just felt it's significant enough to point out.

On the America's Most Wanted forums which I am a member of, there is speculation that Rafael Gonzalez is actually a wanted fugitive out of Louisiana named Jose Guevara.

Jose Guevara is wanted out of Lake Charles, Louisiana for the February 2008 rape and murder of a 26-year old woman. Rafael Gonzalez looks rather similar to Guevara and the two crimes are also rather similar. "Rafael Gonzalez" was living in Hazelton since 2009 which was one year after Guevara committed the Louisiana crime. The difference in ages could be because of falsefied documents.
