The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 12 year-old Missing Juvenile Ciane Smith . She was last seen on Wednesday, December 26th, 2018 on the 40xx block of Poplar Street. She is 5’1″, 115 lbs., small build, light brown complexion, with black (shoulder length) straight hair.

She was wearing a black winter jacket and black and white tights.
