The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 45 year-old Missing Endangered Adult Person Ouida Smith. She was last seen at 1:30 A.M., on Saturday, February 16th, 2019, on the 4900 block of Walnut Street.

She is 5’2″, 180 lbs., heavy build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair should length. She was wearing a brown coat and gray pants. She also suffers from Schizophrenia. She frequents the area of Septa 30th Street Station and 69th Street Terminal.
