I did a request for information on whether any searches of the quarries, ponds, ect. Were searched in relation to this case. I received word that Moore Township Police had no such records. Meaning either they didn't look back then or the files are lost. More information about what he was doing there and where he was going would be very helpful, without it there really is no way to narrow the scope of a search to a reasonable extent/area.

His hair is very distinct. I thought he was the man found in a Miami-Dade hotel room in 1973 who went by "Jean", but I realized that was almost a decade prior. Additionally, Mr. Achey appears to be chunkier and had different eyebrows than "Jean."

Link to case:
"Jean"

So I went back and read through some of the comments and I think I had a question or perhaps a few questions. The first of which is..Do we know if a freedoms of Information act has been done in this case? Since this case is not a murder case or anything, we maybe able to get something from law enforcement. Additionally, I do have a contact who dives vehicles underwater and has helped solve about 30 cases within the last few years and I am wondering if this might would be a good case for his organization.
