Oh my goodness. She told the witness that she was depressed and didn't care anymore about her kids (I think this is still referencing her oldest child as the witness).
So she potentially said this to her own kid.

(OK - so based on questions in presser it sounds like it was a friend, not her son.)

No evidence of bullying

Mom had prior involvement with CPS. Children had been removed 2014, returned 2015. Involvment ended Nov 2015

No known mental health hx for mom
