Monday, December 13th:
*Status Conference Hearing (@ 1:30pm ET) – PA – Conner Snyder (8) & Brinley L. Snyder (4) (Sept. 23, 2019, Albany Township; found hanging from basement rafters) - *Lisa Rachelle Snyder (36/now 39) “mom” arrested (12/2/19), charged (12/9/19) & arraigned (3/12/20) with 2 counts of 1st degree murder, 2 counts of 3rd degree murder, 1 count of tampering with or fabricating evidence, 2 counts of endangering the welfare of children, 1 counts of animal cruelty & 2 counts of sexual intercourse with an animal (with a dog). 9/2/21: Animal cruelty & sex with dog severed from original charges. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.

6/10/21: Proof of Service for Memorandum of Law (deny defense's motion for writ). A status hearing was scheduled for 6/24/21, but cancelled. Next status hearing on 8/3/21 @ 9am with Judge Patrick Barrett.
8/3/21 Update: Status hearing was cancelled. There is a change in the Judge from Paul Yatron who has presided over all hearings so far to this cancellation was under Judge Patrick T Barrett. They have been considering a change of venue for the trial, but both of those judges seem to be Berks County judges.
9/2/21: Order severing Count 8: animal cruelty & Count 9: the sexual intercourse offenses from other charges. 11/11/21 Update: Next status hearing on 12/13/21.

No new hearings on the docket as of today.

There's only one new entry and it's dated 1/10/22: Seems the result of the status hearing was Judge Yatron granted an order for Transcripts of the 12/13/21 status hearing.

On the docket (pg 15 of 16) I only find one new entry since last week's update and it's related to the transcript for the 12/13/21 status hearing ordered by the court on 1/10/22. Unfortunately, I don't find any "event date" for a future hearing.
