It's really beautiful in this area in particular, especially now after all of the summer rain, which is part of why it's so difficult for LE to find this man. The woods and vegetation are lush and dense, plenty of places to hide.

I think I've been in that area - what are the closest major cities?

I see Reading which I've been to - Wilmington ... Philly of course have not been to those

It's west of Philly by about an hour. Reading is about 40 minutes away. All depending on traffic.

Opinion but it was live on a few different sites and streaming.

He will likely be back. Local MSM not appreciating the live streamers at all.

They hate the live streamers, I personaly would rather follow live streamers who cover certain issues instead of the main stream . I feel really good about the public funding the princibles they believe in ,in the long run ,they put their money where their mouth is and in the end the people win or balance. The live coverage is worth the donations . Plus it helps relieve the idea that LE keeps a vail fae to the public . The more they deny acess to the live streamers the more lost or secretive they look .
Otherwise why not engage them ?

They really do hate them, especially since the streamers arrive before MSM does so much of the time, at least so far here with this situation.
I never really considered the streamers' worth before going through this, but I know I appreciate them a lot now. So do many of our neighbors here. This is where our families are. I'm taking care of my mom and I want to keep her safe.

I am not sure they are gonna catch this guy . I hope they do ,he stabbed a woman 38 times. I think a homeowner or gun owner will shoot him dead. As is any americans duty at this point. If he does not submit himself to the public as non violent ,what options do we have ? The justice system failed us. <modsnip> However why does this place have a state contract after the last escape. Whoevers priledged family or LLC needs to pay for all this ... Us tax payers , used to spend a tiny amount of lead on it .

Whatever ultimately happens in this casé and I judt hope that Danelo is very shortly stopped in his tracks, there has been a huge judicicial failure from the moment he murdered his first victim in Brazil and basically nothing was done about this until, incredibly, in the last few days.

The murder took place in 2017, no charges were brought officially, Danelo left for a few days "in the forest" before taking a bus to the capital city of Tocantíns.

According to Brazilian authorities they had no further news until his arrest in US for the murder of his girlfriend in 2021. Equally they had not searched for him.

IT is only now, six years after the murder of Válter in Brazil and with the international news coverage of Calvalcante's escape that the Brazilian authorities have begin to deal with this, organising a court appearance for yesterday, bank holiday, has been postponed until 11 October.

Obviously a huge, but common, failure in Brazilian justice system.


Suspect Danelo was able to travel because his casé had not been entered into the system a criminal.

Cant find anything about Puerto Rico connection. Maybe he went straight to US where he had sister and friends. Possibly none legal, not sure.

Sounds like they do not know if he had resources or not and they do not want to admit any facts that make them seem like they dont know ,but they are knowing they are getting close to either having to lie about what they know or admit they dont know. IMO.. I been here often . I mean on this forum.

If he invades one's home, yes, but if he is just stealing vegetables from someone's plot, I think it is not always easy to verify it is him. Lots of issues if you accidentally shoot someone unrelated to this situation. Seriously - I don't know how he looks IRL If you just Google his name and search for images, you can see how easily he changes his looks.

I thought he was shot at during the process of walking right into a building of some kind and taking a .22 riffle , He is armed . I pray they get him alive ,not because I want his bills.. but truth in stories are important to me.

There might be one positive thing in this situation. Maybe people will see that the concept of "taking resources away" from the police doesn't work. Pennsylvanian DHS is not going to organize a state-wise manhunt. Think of how difficult it is, for police, and marshals, and K-9 to search in those gardens when the temperature was in the 80es. K-9 was hospitalized, what about humans? How many people will pay with their health for this hunt? What was the use...you know.

I refuse to believe that this guy is plain lucky. There was another escapee from the same prison - likely, DC took notes. The fact that the guard was absent for a long time - I suspect he was older and not too healthy, maybe DC chose the day well? And of course, he got some help. It can't be just a smile of fortune, not in two countries. DC seems to knows something about human behavior.

My question is, how well does he make connections with other people, besides his family? He spent two years in a prison, something should be known about him. Was he able to make friends? What kind of people were they? Will he try to attach himself, psychologically, to the same types of people outside? I think it will spill over PA.

I also have a question about his family. Did they all come at the same time, or did they already live here when he crossed the border and join them?

Update: after several hours police looking for escaped prisoner are still on the scene at 100 & Prizer Road where a heat signature was detected around 1am. Police just cleared a house in the area (I believe that means they made sure the prisoner wasn't there). Scanner traffic suggests police think the prisoner might be in the vicinity.
