Corrections officer fired. 18 years on the job. So close to retirement eligibility with full benefits. It's a shame. But someone should have been watching those cameras. We see it on news reports clear as day. It's obvious that they weren't paying attention.

jmo

They should have allowed him early retirement. He didn't spend 18 years in jail because the job was so wonderful.

If they knew that, they would have to warn the public.

Just my thoughts.

JMO I think they may suspect that DC has a firearm but are unable to confirm so don't want to put out that information in case it is not true. Just a thought.
News nation said DC lived in trees in Brazil. If true look up!!!
I'm sorry but this whole thing is absolutely unreal.

I did hear earlier that they were hoping he didn’t cross over into MD because of Camp David.
Camp David is a long way (100+ mi) from the scene, also he'd have to cross the Susquehanna River first.

I really doubt. His goal is to live free. JMO his plan would be to mix in a big innercity, steal enough, get clean, get another woman... then get on meth, paranoid and the new cycle.

Or go down in a blaze of glory like so many others

Yes, they've said that for a few days which is why they should be shining on tree tops

jmo
It is not as easy to run when in the trees.

Just my thoughts.

Storms just blew thru here. This story has consumed our area this last week. Sorry a little late to the game on this one. I’m surprised he hasn’t worked his way closer to Wilmington. He’d have a much easier time blending in here than out where he is now.

he lived in trees??? LOL
Its probably philly talk for he "he smokes a lot of weed." .
Not sure but it makes the whole idea less crazy.

Since he appears to be so at home in jungles and trees, maybe he is disguising himself as a bush.
Just tear off some leafed branches and wrap himself up.

Makes me think of those sidewalk shrubs that jump out and scare the willies out of people that walk by.

Especially since he's so small, it's probably far easier for him to scurry away and tuck himself away. I really think being so tiny is a huge advantage for him throughout this whole debacle, from escaping the prison to staying hidden. JMO

The thorns in the bush around here are crazy. Always get scraped up when I go explore with the puppy. He's probably getting destroyed by them but, then again, what are thorns and brush when you've already gone through razor wire.
I imagine he’s covered in poison also. Going back to prison will be like a 5 star hotel after this.

why doesn't LE just set up a big juicy BBQ outside in a backyard and then leave some food out after dark and catch him that way?
I haven’t commented on someone’s post in over a year at least but this cracked me up.
