Recovered/Located PA- David Keen, 33, Philadelphia, 19 May 2019

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 33 year-old Missing Adult Person David Keen. He was last seen at 10:05 P.M., on Sunday, May 19th, 2019, on the 7XX block of Race Street.

He is 5’10″, 130 lbs., thin build, light complexion, hazel eyes, brown straight hair tattoo of skull with cross on left forearm and half circle on right leg. He was last seen wearing black jacket, grey hooded shirt and dark pants.

I don't think it is really extensive. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been ror'd by the Judge. There were 4 people charged. Not so many, considering what some of the trap houses are housing these days... lol. He wasn't selling according to the charges. Buying! So, maybe, he did a controlled buy and was held accountable for that by those that were arrested as well?? Just one theory to go off. He may very well just be hiding out.

Yeah, page 2 of the court doc says this is where he was going. Probably had a DOC hold/warrant after getting arrested.
