The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 32 year-old Missing Person Dessaree Shana Randolph. She was last seen at 3:00 P.M., on Thursday, May 23rd, 2019, on the 15XX block of Washington Avenue. She is 5’5″, 300 lbs., heavy build, brown complexion, brown eyes and brown hair. She has been diagnosed with diabetes and is bi-polar.
