The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Endangered Person 27-year-old Latoya Murphy. Latoya who resides at the Women of Hope Shelter located at 1210 Lombard Street was last seen by a staff member on the Market-Frankford El heading westbound on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at approximately 5pm. Latoya suffers from schizophrenia, major depression and selective mutism.

Latoya is 160lbs, 5’10” with brown eyes and black hair; she was last seen wearing a dark blue sweat suit with long sleeves with a full zipper on the front.

Anyone with any information on Latoya Murphy’s whereabouts is asked to please contact South Detective Division at 215-686-3013 or call 911.
