I feel like if Devan hadn't been a pretty young girl this guy would be facing significantly less charges. That of course doesn't mean that I don't feel like Devan should get justice, I just wish that the hordes of people that die from drug overdoses everyday get justice, too.

Joel Tanner Stark, 33, of Rimersburg was sentenced last week by Clarion County Judge James Arner to serve one to two years, less one day, in the Clarion County Jail. In September Stark entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit abuse of a corpse...

Shawn Ryan Carr of Kittanning was sentenced August 14, by Clarion County Judge James Arner to serve 8 to 16 years in prison. Carr also was sentenced in Jefferson County on four violations of his parole... from five to 15 years for each violation in a state correctional facility consecutive to the eight to 16 years he was sentenced to in Clarion County.

Judge Foradora said the total sentence would be from 28 to 76 years in a state prison.
