Luzerne County detectives filed a long list of criminal charges against Stacey Ann Louder, 52, and Amanda Lynn Gregorio, 35, both of the Birchwood Estates mobile home park in Exeter.

Both women were locked up at Luzerne County Correctional Facility with bails set at $125,000. They are due in court on May 6.
Mother and grandmother forced girl to eat cat food chained to bed

they beat her, starved her, kept her chained to a bed like the lord on the cross, lying in her own waste, fed her cat food, had surveillance cameras trained on her while restrained, like it's horrible horrible stuff.

A former household member related to both women has posted on SM but I haven't found where he has spoken to press. I hope he chooses to do to. Until then, I will simply wish him well.
