PA - "Domestic Cannibal" Sought In Upper Darby

Kirstie L Foley is wanted for leaving her mother in critical condition is HUP.

"It's domestic cannibalism" said the always eloquent Michael Chitwood. "We never found the tip of the finger so we don't know weather she ate it or swallowed it".

The 21 year old Foley bit her bathing mother several times and the bites are very severe.
