We've been waiting a long long tme over here for CW to get his just reward........He's corrupt. Most ppl who know anything about CW know that. He's lost his game he did a long time ago. It's sad to see these guys sell out. At one time, great men in their fields, but it's just never enough.
He does have a sense of entitlement a GodComplex, I've written about that in regards to his case and his demeanor. It's really disturbing what he did. But, you have to read the indictments in depth to understand all the charges and which are the ones that just are hands DOWN out of bounds, over the line ethically. Morally. Period.

I've been off doing other things but checked this thread and saw that no one has yet posted that a federal judge has issued a stay in the retrial that was supposed to commence in late May. So who knows what will happen next?

Well that certain says something right there imo.

I think this is nothing more than political pomp. If the jury in the first trial was only even considering 17 charges out of the 41 the Prosecutor is trying to sell and it was almost evenly split that should tell him he needs to spend his time on much more serious offenses that I am sure are pressing up there just like in most busy cities and needs his attention.

Dr. Wecht whether I agreed with him or not is one of the best pathologists in this country imo who has given many many years of knowledge to this country's jurors so they could make up their own minds.

Just goes to show how Big Brother can indict a ham sandwich but at trial where you need actual, admissible evidence, vendettas against a public person need to have some "there" there.
