Just awful on so many levels. Thank goodness the fire didn't spread and there were no other major injuries to fire fighters or others.

Yes, thankfully nobody else was seriously hurt or killed. You gotta feel for the new owners of the house next door. I imagine they'll have to have the house checked for smoke/fire damage and, given the explosion, structural integrity.

According to the Daily Mail online Law enforcement have been called out for mental health issues in the past so I don’t think the bride’s father was of sound mind. It is a great pity he didn’t get the help he obviously needed. Sincere condolences to his family.
