That is late at night on a job. Hope they walk each other out.

That particular Papa John's closes at 10:30 PM. It takes 4 and a half hours to clean and close? If someone "saw her leaving work" then she wasn't alone. I've not worked food retail in 40 years but that really does seem like a long span of time after closing to when she was leaving.

The area where the Papa John's is located is a mostly commercial corridor, highly traveled during the day – but not at 3 am. Assuming Dynesha lives in Folcroft where the police report was issued, she would have had to drive about twenty minutes to get home.

I'd find it creepy to be working a shift ending at such a desolate time while possibly being the only employee on the premises. The wooded park directly behind the building raises my hackles. :( I hope the building has security cameras, but also that Dynesha wasn't working alone. The images I'm finding on Google Maps and Earth date from 2019, and show what looks like a former convenience store. If Papa John's did their typical decorating upon buying or leasing the building, and kept the plate-glass windows and bright lights, she'd have been highly visible to anyone passing by or lurking.

I hope this young lady is found safe, but after this time I doubt she just decided to visit a friend overnight or something similarly harmless.

So she was only at work for an hour and a half before leaving. Did she get a call? Where did she tell her coworkers she was going?

My thought exactly. I would assume people stay around for 30-1 hour after closing. But that is way too long.

ok so it was 3 pm, phew, that sounds a lot better.

I wonder if there was an issue at home, or with someone and that's why she was a little late to come in and leave early. It almost sounds as if she tried to work, but it just wasn't working out and just left. Maybe she wasn't feeling well and maybe pulled up to a parking spot or to the side of the road and passed out. maybe her phone wasn't charged fully or?

I'm behind, but it seems like a lot of missing here? Why did she leave so early into her shift? Did she get a text/call? What do the co-workers say? Was there anything unusual about her demeanor? Why am I thinking of Cassandra Johnston here?

With the time when Dynesha left work corrected to the afternoon of Friday 8/6, and her last location cited as within the city of Chester, at a busy intersection that would be on her likely route home, my earliest worries of her being intercepted on the way out of Papa John's have been dispelled. That said, I doubt she had an unobserved car accident like Cassandra did at that hour of a weekday. The intersection where she was last seen features a gas station/minimarket combination, an Italian ice stand, an ATM, and a couple of takeout food places. I suspect she stopped to gas up. She then would have headed east toward Folcroft, but there are 3 routes that make sense, and I have no idea whether she has a preferred route. Personally (I live under 10 miles from the Edgmont Avenue/E. 22nd St. intersection) I would take E. 22nd Street/MacDade Blvd, as it feels the least sketchy to me and does not require any navigation near confusing interstate ramps. But depending on her familiarity with the area, where she lives in Folcroft, or if she had other errands planned, any of the 3 pictured routes are eminently plausible.

Oh, I see that while I was plotting out her route it was announced that she's been found safe. Thank goodness! :) And thanks to @YaYa_521 for the update.
