Thanks Hedidit, I bet the deal with the delay is they were waiting for someone to pick up Olivia. She would have been in school though I think. Maybe they took her out of school to go get her clothes and personal items, and then take these things to where she will be staying. Possible she will stay with a family that child services has found for her, unless there is family in the area. I don't know.
I sincerely hope she is with family that will not be in the immediate area.. Although it would probabl;y be even harder to be away from the familiar. I feel so terribly for this child whose life is so irretrivably changed.. the loss of her mother, the arrest of her father.. almost every aspect of her life is shattered and lost.. and along with it the innocence of her childhood.. I can only hope that she is placed with loving family who can protect her from further damage, get her the counseling she'll will most undoubtably need and provide her with as much love and hopefully help her to regain some happiness in the future.

Here's what is up[ so far: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,242403,00.html

Interesting as the warrant states Robb was in posession of an instrument of crime. Now the guy on FOX says they haven't found a murder weapon. This always happens when facts are coming out.

I think I read that he has a mother in Israel...again, I wonder if she knows. My assumption is that she most definitely wouldn't be going to Israel. I have the utmost faith in her uncles.

Finally they charged him officially!

It is.

My guess is someone will come in to the house and stay with her, or she'll go to her uncle's home and go back and forth to school, if she goes back right away. She will not be with strangers guaranteed.

Thanks, scandi for the link. I'm glad to see it's Murder One. Agree that's strange about saying he has weapon when they don't have it yet. (Unless they do and are doing forensics on it.)

Just read that too. That might be all it takes to nail him.

Probably after he is arraignment on Monday.

Fox News is talking like they will carry the arraignment live in about 7 minutes......? Or else they will have a presser afterwards. At any rate, he is to be arraigned at about
2:30 EST.

Hmmmm, this link says Monday but I could have read it wrong.

A University of Pennsylvania professor was charged Monday in the bludgeoning death of his estranged wife, who told friends she was preparing to divorce him. Rafael Robb, 56, surrendered to authorities after being charged with first- and third-degree murder and possession of an instrument of crime. His arraignment was scheduled for Monday afternoon.
