I've been wondering about bail. An atty friend of mine thinks he will get bail (he reminded me even OJ got bail.)

Maybe they said the DA would ask for no bail. His attorney will argue of course, I suspect he might get bail unless they have info we don't about other abuse in the home involving the daughter.

I am confused now they haven't started the hearing how can they say he wont get bail? Don't they have to ask the judge and he decides?
