Recovered/Located PA - Elwood Baumeister, 82, Philadelphia, 18 July 2017

Elwood Baumeister, 82, is missing and suffers from dementia.

He was last seen in the 1200 block of West Lehigh Avenue last Tuesday.

Elwood is described as 5’7″ tall, weighing 118 lbs., with a thin build, blue eyes, light complexion, and balding white hair, balding.

He was last seen wearing black pants and a black hat with a white “W” on it.

Police also say he frequents the Suburban Station area.
